Tables Copy
A table is an excellent way to present a large body of quantitative data.
Rules for Tables
- Put the text that explains the tableu00a0beforeu00a0the table in the document.
- Number tables if two or more appear in the report.
- Give each table a descriptive heading.
- Give a descriptive heading for each independent variable (usually listed in columns across the top of the table).
- Give a descriptive heading for each dependent variable (usually listed down the page in the left-hand column).
