Verbs move the thought of the sentence. The more words placed around the verb, the longer the sentence, and the slower the dawn of thought, the spark of communication.
According to grammar rules, verbs have five qualities: number, mood, tense, movement, and voice.
However, voice is the quality that we are concerned with in this course because too much of passive voice creates an unreadable document.
|Active Voice: The subject is active.||Paul wrote the communication.|
|Passive Voice: The subject is passive.||The communication was written.|
